It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the death, on Wednesday 10th November, of John Porter, one of our longest standing shareholders. John had been good friends with Susan (our CEO) for many years prior to the founding of Neuro-Bio and had always been an enthusiastic and strong supporter of her novel approach to neuroscience research in general and to Alzheimer’s Disease in particular. His first investment in the company was in 2018 and he maintained an active interest in our progress, participating in the last funding round as recently as last September. His sharp brain, incisive commercial instincts and level of commitment have proved indispensable to our progress, and he will be much missed. Our hearts go out at this difficult time to his family and his wonderful PA, Billie.
