Our research scientists, Amy Lewis and Lois Glover, recently attended the Brain-Nose Symposium in Munich, hosted by Noselab.
This two-day event offered exceptional insights into the brain-nose interface and highlighted how nasal secretions can be leveraged for a range of clinical and methodological applications in the neurodegenerative field.
We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Noselab for organising such an engaging and informative symposium. The opportunity to connect with fellow researchers, explore innovative technologies, and discuss emerging approaches in nose-brain research was truly invaluable.
Some key highlights from Amy and Lois included:
🔸 Pre-symposium lab tour – with the opportunity to test the novel medical device NoseCollect.
🔸 Biomarker analysis innovations – learning about high-sensitivity analytical platforms from Philipp E. Geyer and Dr. Stephan Müller.
🔸 Novel drug-delivery approaches – discovering the nose-to-brain delivery device SipNose, presented by Iris Shichor.
