On Wednesday 30th April, we hosted our very first Intern Day at Neuro-Bio!
We were delighted to welcome 7 of our 9 selected students – an inspiring group of both summer and year-long interns – to visit us ahead of their upcoming placements. 🧪✨
The day was all about giving them a valuable introduction to the company, with key insights to help them hit the ground running. They also had the rare opportunity to connect with our current interns, sharing experiences (including the all-important topic of accommodation!) and offering a glimpse into life at Neuro-Bio.
A special thank you to Baroness Susan Greenfield for your warm and engaging welcome introduction- it truly set the tone for an inspiring day.
We’d also like to extend our thanks to Marta Pérez González, Kashif Mahfooz, PhD, and Sibah Hasan for their insightful presentations, which hopefully gave the students a deeper understanding of the science and culture here at Neuro-Bio.
The students’ enthusiasm and curiosity were contagious, and we can’t wait to welcome them back – some in just a few months! Here’s to the next generation of scientists. 👩🔬👨🔬
