Craig is a highly experienced senior business and technology Executive, having held board NED and executive leadership positions in both private and public companies in the UK, USA, and Asia.
Executive roles have included Chief Commercial Officer & SVP Jersey Telecom, EVP & CTO UT, Starcom Inc. (NASDAQ), SVP Unisys Corporation (NYSE), CKO Hewlett Packard Corporation (NYSE),
CKO Compaq Corporation (NYSE) and British Petroleum Group (LSE). Functional corporate responsibilities have included CEO, COO, CTO, CCO, CSO, IP & Business Transformation, Head of M&A, Corporate Strategy, Intellectual Property and various General Management P&L Line positions.

Craig has over the past 25 years been a founder, CEO or Principal in six technology start-ups in the UK and USA as well as working closely as an advisor to the US Government in both DoD/National
Security, the FDA, DoJ and other civilian programs as well as leading strategic recovery plans for the Eisenhower Presidential Library. Earlier in his career, he led the development of the first advanced
Pharmaceutical eSub system for Pfizer resulting in the successful accelerated approval of Viagra and several other major treatments the US and Internationally. He has been a regular advisor to Private
Equity and Venture Groups on both sides of the Atlantic advised two company flotations/IPOs on the US Nasdaq exchange, led $4.2B of M&A Corporate Transactions, and held numerous private
company board or advisory board positions.

Craig is currently a Board member of the XPRIZE Foundation: leading its expansion in Europe (Geneva, CH), Sofant Technologies: Satellite Phased Array Antennas (UK) and CENSIS Technology
Solutions: Scottish Innovation Centre for Sensors and Imaging (UK). He is a board advisor to Private Capital Market Fintech Disruptor InfinitX (UK), Robotic Touch Pioneer Touchlabs (UK) as well as
Movano Health (NASDAQ) and several other UK and US Public and Private companies. He was previously Chairman of Glasgow-based Krucial (Space/IoT Tech, UK). Craig is a ‘GlobalScot’, a senior
international business advisor to the Scottish Government, and was formerly the Chairman and President of the Institute for Innovation & Information Productivity (IIIP), a non-profit global think tank and research group appointed by the CEO’s of HP and Microsoft Corporations. As a highly active investor, board member, and executive mentor, he enjoys successfully guiding early to mid-stage
companies from High Potential Growth to Successful Revenue & Profitability in the UK, Europe, North American and International Markets. Craig is a highly sought-after advisor and board member
assisting non-US companies seeking to expand their operations into the USA or access US capital sources. His areas of expertise include Deep Tech, Robotics, Space & Terrestrial Communications, the
