Doing a placement at Neuro-Bio Ltd. has been an incredible opportunity for my growth as a scientist. I have really enjoyed working in such a supportive and collaborative environment while gaining a deep understanding of how a biotech company operates. After receiving extensive training, I was able to plan my own project and carry out experiments involving a variety of lab techniques. This hands-on experience not only gave me a strong sense of responsibility but also improved my practical skills.
Throughout my year here, I have developed greater confidence in my abilities, from experimental design to data analysis and interpretation. It has been a pleasure to work alongside this amazing team and contribute to a company with such a novel approach to Alzheimer’s disease.
