Clemmie has been with us for a month during the summer holidays, whilst waiting for results from her GCSE’s, and is about to start sixth form to study A-levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics!
“As my time at Neuro-Bio comes to an end, I’ve been reflecting on what an incredible four weeks it has been. In such a short time, I’ve gained so much both academically and personally – from carrying out my own experiments, including western blotting, ELISAs, and protein activity assays, to developing a deeper appreciation for how research is translated into real scientific progress.
I couldn’t have done this without the support of the Neuro-Bio team, who are truly inspiring. Their guidance has not only expanded my understanding in such a short period but also reinforced my excitement to pursue this field further.
I would like to thank Baroness Susan Greenfield and the entire Neuro-Bio team for such an amazing opportunity, I’m beyond grateful to have been a part of it”.
