Gianluca Riccio
Chairman
Gianluca is a distinguished financial leader with over 25 years’ experience across banking, strategy, and risk management at institutions including UBS and Lloyds Banking Group. As a Non-Executive Director at NeuroBio and Chair of its Financial Advisory Board, he provides critical oversight for the company’s financial strategy. Gianluca holds prominent international roles, including Chair of the ‘Business at OECD’ Finance Committee and Co-Chair of the B20 Finance & Infrastructure Taskforce. A prolific thought leader and author, he combines deep technical expertise in data and regulatory needs with a passion for navigating global market complexities to drive organizational transformation.
Carlo Scalvedi
Carlo Scalvedi is a chartered accountant and statutory auditor with consolidated experience in corporate and tax consultancy, as well as in the management of corporate transactions and business crisis situations. During his professional career, he has gained advanced technical skills in the field of corporate law, corporate financial planning and corporate transactions, participating in the implementation of numerous corporate reorganization projects and in M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and MLBO (management leveraged buy-out) transactions, both at local level and in contexts of national importance.
He has also developed specific skills in international taxation, collaborating with European and non-European companies and corporate groups. He holds the position of standing auditor and has also acts as a member of various boards of directors.
Alongside his professional activity in the corporate and insolvency fields, he has also gained experience in the non-profit sector, participating in the establishment and governance of foundations and non-profit associations, some of which were subsequently qualified as Third Sector Entities (ETS) or Voluntary Organizations (SBs).
Caroline Letellier
Caroline is a banking professional with over twenty-five years in major financial institutions, starting in France, with a passage through Switzerland and now well established in the UK. Her career has been built around risk management, governance and designing and implementing robust operating frameworks. She has delivered structure within large complex transformation programmes, translating complexity into practical and workable solutions. At Neuro-Bio, Caroline joins the Financial Advisory Board, providing project management support and structured oversight through the critical phases in the company’s evolution.
Dominique Kleyn
Serial entrepreneur and life sciences company founder with proven record in MedTech and therapeutics, Dominique brings extensive product and business development expertise to her roles as company director, commercial advisor, angel investor and venture mentor. Non-executive positions include 2 years on the board of the Bioindustry Association, 5 years as a Trustee of the Genetics Society and 3 years as Chair of Imperial Venture mentoring. She holds a BSc in Life Sciences and an MBA with a focus on Technology Entrepreneurship from Imperial College London and has been recognised as a Certified Licensing Professional by LESi.
